We spend most of our time today on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Should you get to New York, this is definitely a very nice part of town and gives you a great idea of what New York also is – a city of neighborhoods. We had breakfast at Cafe Lalo which is on 83rd Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam, closer to Amsterdam, though. Also, Riverside Park and the adjacent boat basin are worth a visit.
